The ideal candidate will have strong experience across software engineering, AI solutions, system architecture, and AI hardware sizing. This role will support both the **commercial and technical teams** by translating client needs into practical AI solutions, selecting the right models and technologies, evaluating RFPs, preparing technical proposals, and advising clients on the best approach for their AI initiatives. The candidate must be able to communicate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders, especially in Arabic-speaking enterprise environments. **Key Roles and Responsibilities** • Understand client business needs and translate them into practical AI solution designs. • Design end-to-end AI solution architectures covering software, models, infrastructure, deployment, and integration. • Support AI hardware sizing for LLMs, computer vision, speech-to-text, and other AI workloads. • Recommend the most suitable AI models based on use case, performance, cost, latency, accuracy, and deployment constraints. • Evaluate RFPs and identify technical requirements, risks, gaps, and solution approach. • Support the preparation of technical proposals, solution documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans. • Work closely with sales, presales, product, engineering, and delivery teams. • Advise clients on AI strategy, model selection, deployment options, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and system integration. • Review existing client systems and propose AI integration opportunities. • Support proof-of-concept planning, technical scoping, and feasibility assessment. • Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, realistic, and commercially viable. ## Requirements • Senior-level experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI engineering. • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, RAG, computer vision, speech-to-text, and model deployment. • Experience with enterprise software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations. • Good awareness of AI infrastructure and hardware sizing, including GPUs, accelerators, CPU/RAM requirements, concurrency, throughput, and latency considerations. • Experience in technical proposal writing, RFP evaluation, or presales support. • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to business and technical stakeholders. • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills. • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, OCI , Azure . • Experience with on-prem AI deployments and GPU-based infrastructure. • Familiarity with LLM serving frameworks such as vLLM, TGI, Ollama, or similar. • Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge assistants. • Experience in government (Saudi Market), enterprise, or large B2B AI projects. • Ability to create architecture diagrams, sizing documents, and technical presentations. **Job Location: HQ** ## Apply [Apply at Master-Works](https://apply.workable.com/masterworksco/j/DFA30A9A69/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
