## Description

### **Job Purpose**

The General Technician is responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, repair, and support work across electrical, mechanical, and general facility systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform general maintenance and repair work for electrical, mechanical, and civil issues.
-   Carry out basic electrical works such as wiring, lighting, sockets, and panel checks.
-   Assist in diesel generator operation, routine checks, and minor maintenance (if applicable).
-   Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
-   Identify faults and report major issues to the supervisor.
-   Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and properly.
-   Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the work site.
-   Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
-   Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
-   Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance work.

### **Experience**

-   Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as a General Technician or similar role.
-   Experience in **industrial, commercial, or residential maintenance** is an advantage.
-   Experience in **Saudi Arabia / GCC** is preferred but not mandatory.
