### **Job Purpose**

The Operation Data Entry role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. This position involves inputting operational data into various systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting different departments by providing accurate information. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to aiding the company in maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Input and update operational data into databases and software systems accurately and efficiently.
-   Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it with the source documents or through cross-referencing with relevant departments.
-   Maintain organized records of data entries and ensure proper filing of documents for future reference.
-   Assist in generating reports related to operations, inventory, and other business functions as requested.
-   Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement in data management.
-   Respond to queries regarding data entry and assist other teams in retrieving information as needed.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality.
-   Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance data entry skills and system knowledge.
-   Support other administrative tasks assigned by management as required.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

### **Experience**

-   1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative roles preferred.

### **Skills & Competencies**

-   Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as data management software.
-   Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
-   Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
-   Strong time-management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
