## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Fin Forming Machine Operator** with hands-on experience in **aluminum radiator manufacturing**, particularly in operating fin-forming machines used for radiator core production.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Operate and monitor **fin forming machines** for aluminum radiator production.
-   Set up the machine according to required **fin dimensions, pitch, height, and specifications**.
-   Feed aluminum strip/material into the machine and ensure smooth production.
-   Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when required.
-   Check formed fins for **dimensions, shape, pitch, damage, and quality**.
-   Identify and report machine abnormalities, material defects, and production issues.
-   Maintain proper production records and follow production schedules.
-   Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
-   Follow all **quality, safety, and production procedures**.

## Requirements

**2–5 years of hands-on experience** operating fin-forming machines.

Experience in **automotive aluminum radiator manufacturing is mandatory/preferred**.

Good understanding of **radiator fin manufacturing and core assembly processes**.

Experience with aluminum strip/fin material and radiator production equipment.

Candidates from **radiator manufacturing companies** will be preferred.
