As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Fabrication Foreman to oversee our fabrication operations within the Oil & Energy sector. This role is crucial in managing workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
-   Lead, mentor, and train a team of fabrication workers to maximize productivity and quality.
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work standards in all fabrication processes.
-   Review project plans and specifications to determine the necessary materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
-   Monitor the schedules and budgets associated with fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.
-   Conduct regular inspections of fabrication work to ensure quality control and compliance with codes and standards.
-   Facilitate communication between fabrication teams and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in fabrication and previous supervisory or foreman role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
-   Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, techniques, and quality control standards.
-   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and developing staff.
