**Residential Security Officer – London**

**Location:** London, South Kensington  
**Pay:** £15.50 per hour  
**Contract:** Adhoc, cover, casual  
**Shifts:** 12-hour day and night shifts

We are looking for experienced SIA-licensed Security Officers to provide a professional and discreet security service at residential premises in London.

This role would suit a proactive, level-headed individual with excellent customer service skills and experience working within a residential security team, ideally supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will need to be smartly presented, approachable and confident communicating with residents, household staff, visitors and colleagues.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

-   Managing access to the premises and welcoming authorised visitors.
-   Engaging with the client in a professional manner.
-   Conducting patrols and identifying potential security risks.
-   Monitoring CCTV and responding to suspicious activity.
-   Managing incidents and responding to emergencies calmly and professionally.
-   Managing keys and maintaining accurate access records.
-   Completing incident reports, assignment logs and routine paperwork.
-   Following all site procedures and Assignment Instructions.

**What we’re looking for:**

-   A current, valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
-   Previous residential security experience, ideally within an ultra-high-net-worth environment.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   A smart, professional appearance and a discreet approach.
-   Confidence using radios and CCTV systems
-   The right to work in the UK.
-   A five-year checkable history for screening in line with BS7858.

Site-specific training will be provided to help you understand the premises, procedures and client expectations.
