### The Role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially-minded Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead financial reporting, drive analytical insight, and spearhead finance transformation across our group entities. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our finance function, with direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership.

### Key Responsibilities

**Reporting**

-   Own preparation of accurate, timely consolidated financial statements across group entities
-   Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting cycles
-   Lead the group-wide budgeting and forecasting process
-   Oversee cash flow management to support day-to-day business operations

**Analysis & Insight**

-   Analyse financial data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities - translating outputs into clear narratives for senior leadership
-   Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
-   Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements

**Finance Transformation**

-   Lead finance transformation projects, including the implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows
-   Drive standardisation, automation, and reporting consistency across the group
-   Build a best-practice finance function with scalable processes and systems

## Requirements

-   Advanced English proficiency — written and verbal
-   3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS or Tech
-   Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-   CA, CPA or CFA is a plus
-   Proven ability to lead finance projects and strategic initiatives
-   Strong commercial acumen; can connect numbers to business outcomes
-   Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
-   Hands-on experience with finance systems implementation or optimisation 
-   Self-starter with strong accountability and project management skills
-   Collaborative — builds partnerships across cross-functional teams
-   Experience in a multinational or scaleup environment is a plus
