**About the Role**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Medical Biller to manage the full billing cycle for our dermatology clients. You’ll handle billing start to finish - denials/rejection, follow‑up/resubmission, and insurance payments/ERA/papers - with precision and care. Every detail matters, and your accuracy will keep revenue flowing smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
-   Work rejected/denied or underpaid claims: identify root causes, correct coding errors, appeal when appropriate, and prevent repeat issues
-   Monitor aging reports, track outstanding balances, and reconcile accounts receivable
-   Manage A/R and follow up on unpaid claims and patient balances
-   Handle patient billing questions professionally
-   Collaborate with providers to improve documentation accuracy
-   Maintain organized, confidential billing records
-   Track payer changes and stay current on coding updates

**What We're Looking For**
