As a **Junior Project Manager**, you'll help manage exciting technology projects involving some of the world's largest automated sorting systems—equipment spanning the size of football fields. You'll collaborate with engineers, industry-leading manufacturers, and USPS leadership to bring innovative solutions from concept through nationwide deployment.

### What You'll Do

As part of the USPS Technology Acquisition Management team, you will:

-   Coordinate technical projects from planning through implementation
-   Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and project deliverables
-   Develop and present project status reports and executive briefings
-   Work closely with engineers, vendors, and USPS stakeholders to ensure project success
-   Coordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules, and site readiness across USPS facilities
-   Support pilot implementations and nationwide technology rollouts
-   Assist with developing user training and implementation documentation
-   Monitor project risks and help resolve issues before they impact schedules
-   Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
-   Communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership

### What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized while building relationships with technical teams and customers.

**Required Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree
-   3+ years of project management or project coordination experience
-   Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or technology projects
-   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
