The Mission As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you are the bridge between cutting-edge technology and client success. Your Impact

## Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

-   Experience: A minimum of 3 years communicating complex technical issues to clients.
-   Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows workstations/servers, Microsoft 365, and a solid grasp of networking topology.
-   Education: A four-year degree in a technology-related field (relevant experience may offset this requirement).
-   Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with elite verbal and written communication.
