**About the Role**   
We’re looking for a **Menu Services Specialist** to join our **Nutrition Services** team. Reporting to the **Manager, Menu Services**, you’ll be supporting increased customer demand and ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery & operationalizing the Menu Services sub-division and execute the strategic direction established by leadership.

**What You’ll Do** 

-   Assist customers in data set-up related to therapeutic, texture-modified, allergen-restricted, and culturally appropriate diets utilizing industry-standard dietary practices and MealSuite system expertise. 

-   Complete assigned menu services projects related to menu development, configuration, review, validation, and approval using established best practices and MealSuite tools. 

-   Perform recipe quality assurance analysis utilizing culinary principles and MealSuite recipe standards to ensure accuracy and standardization of MealSuite system core recipes  

-   Support the creation and continuous improvement of internal and external menu services resources, ensuring materials reflect current industry standards, system capabilities, and customer needs. 
-   Work cross-functionally with implementation, product, and support teams to resolve complex menu and data challenges. 
-   Identify opportunities to improve menu workflows, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. 

**What You Bring** 

-   2 years of experience in menu services, menu planning and development.  

-   Experience using food service software.

-   Experience in long term care and/or acute care facilities.

-   Experience reviewing and approving menus in healthcare settings in accordance with applicable regulations.
-   Registered Dietician
-   Understanding of therapeutic, IDDSI Texture Modified Diet Standards, & Healthcare Foodservice Regulations.

-   Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment 

-   Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required) 

**Compensation**: $60,000–$80,000 CAD per year **OR** $60,000-$80,000 USD per year.

This role requires working onsite in our **Dallas** OR **Cambridge** office **two** days per week.
