**About the Role**  
We’re looking for a **Product Marketing Manager** to join our **Growth Marketing** team. Reporting to the **Manager, Growth Marketing**, you will define and scale product marketing at MealSuite by owning product positioning and translating it into high-impact growth marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and product adoption within the senior living and healthcare space. You will develop clear, differentiated messaging and go-to-market strategies that improve win rates and overall market impact. You will also partner cross-functionally to align teams around a consistent narrative and use market and customer insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Partner with Product Managers to align new features with market needs and translate them into compelling value propositions.
-   Develop core messaging frameworks, content, and narratives that power campaigns, ensure consistent storytelling across channels, and incorporate customer stories and proof points.
-   Continuously refine and adapt product messaging based on market feedback, performance data, and evolving product capabilities.
-   Own and execute go-to-market plans including launch coordination and partner with digital marketing manager on post-launch optimization activities.
-   Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Customer Operations by equipping them with the narrative & materials needed to support their internal training and execution.  
-   Complete competitive research regularly and provide insights to Product, Growth Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales departments to support product development, enhance marketing efforts, and refine sales conversations.

**What You Bring**

-   **6–10 years of experience in product marketing or related roles (B2B SaaS preferred).**
-   Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS product marketing, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and how these impact revenue outcomes such as pipeline, win rates, and retention.
-   Strong strategic thinking grounded in market research, customer insights, and data analysis, with the ability to independently identify market opportunities and refine strategy.
-   Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
-   Demonstrated experience launching product marketing initiatives that drive growth by influencing pipeline generation, win rates, product adoption, and retention, with a strong focus on defining and tracking key metrics.
-   Experience conducting market research, customer insights work, and building or using competitive intelligence to inform strategy and positioning.
-   University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline required.
-   Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).

**Compensation:** $103,300–$110,600 CAD **OR** $113,200-$120,500 USD per year

This role requires working onsite in our **Cambridge or Dallas** office **two days per week**.
