**About the Role**  
We’re looking for a **Product Manager** to join our **Product Management** team. Reporting to the **Director, Product**, you’ll be driving strategy, discovery, and delivery across key domains such as clinical, culinary and procurement outcomes.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned domain area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints 
-   Conduct deep customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis. 
-   Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes. 
-   Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Sales, CX, and SMEs. 
-   Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and product priorities. 
-   Lead go to market readiness and collaborate with Marketing and Sales enablement. 
-   Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis). 

**What You Bring**

-   3–7 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech. 
-   A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
-   Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. 
-   Experience operating in multiproduct, fast-growing environments. 
-   Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team 
-   Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity. 
-   Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)

**Compensation:** $80,000–$120,000 USD per year; $85,000-$125,000 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our **Dallas or Cambridge** office **two days per week**.
