The result: faster, cleaner and more actionable intelligence that drives competitive advantage.

### About The Role

We're a private-equity-backed B2B SaaS advertising-intelligence platform, building a small, high-caliber analytics capability at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Strategic Finance - the engine that turns raw commercial data into the models and insights behind our pricing, retention, and growth decisions at the executive and board level.

This role is the connective tissue between those two functions. You'll be embedded in Revenue Operations - close to the data, the systems, and the commercial reality - while partnering directly with Strategic Finance to design and build the economic models that answer our most important questions: customer economics - which customers compound and which leak, what a customer is actually worth, and where we're leaving money on the table on price.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Do:**

- Power FP&A's cohort & retention analytics — partner with Strategic Finance to build the segment-level retention curves, survivorship analysis, and chained NRR/GRR.
- Partner with FP&A to build LTV/CAC & unit-economics models— turn Strategic Finance's economic framing into working models that quantify customer lifetime value, CAC payback, and go-to-market efficiency.
- Run the analysis behind FP&A's pricing work — produce the take-rate, price-realization, and segment-level elasticity and price-cap analysis that feeds FP&A's willingness-to-pay models and pricing recommendations.
- Be FP&A's modeling and data partner — take the framing Strategic Finance hands you (price, volume, expansion, retention) and build it into clean, auditable Excel models, with Finance owning the output and the narrative to leadership.
- Own the data layer behind every model — source, normalize, and quality-check data across Salesforce and other commercial systems so FP&A's analyses stand up to board- and executive-level scrutiny.
- Help operationalize proven work — once an analysis is validated in Excel, help move it into Power BI so it can be refreshed and shared without rebuilding from scratch.

**What You’ve Done:**

Must-haves

- Exceptional analytical horsepower — you can take a vague, open-ended question, decompose it, and design the analysis that answers it. This is the single most important thing.
- Strong commercial and economic intuition — you understand how levers like price increases, upsell, take rates, and retention roll up into ARR and growth.
- Advanced Excel and financial-style modeling.
- Strong SQL and hands-on data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with data quality, normalization, and getting messy data into analysis-ready shape.
- A fast learner who is comfortable with ambiguity and owns work end-to-end.
- Clear written and verbal communication — able to explain methodology and findings simply.

Nice to have

- Power BI (or comparable BI tool) development experience, or a track record of upskilling into it quickly.
- SaaS / subscription business experience and fluency with ARR, NRR/GRR, churn, and cohort concepts.
- Salesforce / CRM data experience.
- Exposure to pricing analytics or commercial strategy.

Not required

- A formal finance or accounting background..

**How you'll work**

You'll sit in both within Revenue Operations (for day-to-day data access, systems knowledge, and coaching) and Strategic Finance (on the analytical agenda). Expect a blend of self-directed building and tight collaboration: someone gives you the economic framing and a model architecture and you bring it to life in the data. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy seat for someone who wants to do real analytical work — not just populate reports.
