## Description

**Occupational Therapist – Generalist Role**  
**Rockhampton, QLD**

We’re working with a well-established, multidisciplinary allied health provider that takes a practical, client-first approach to care. No overcomplicated KPIs, no micromanagement—just good clinicians doing meaningful work.

**The Role**  
This is a generalist position with a mixed caseload across adults and paediatrics, depending on your preference. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your day, your clinical focus, and how you manage your clients.

**What your week could look like:**

-   Working across a variety of settings (clinic, community, or a mix—your choice)
-   Supporting clients with functional assessments, equipment prescription, and therapy planning
-   Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that actually communicates
-   Having the flexibility to lean into your clinical interests over time
