> Mediix · Sydney, Australia · Full-time · Posted 2026-10-02

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Occupational Therapy

## Description

**Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days a week) | New grads welcome | $80k to $100k plus super**

A large, multidisciplinary allied health provider in Sydney is growing, and they are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. The caseload is mostly paediatric, with some adult clients as well. The practice sees NDIS and Medicare clients, and OT sits alongside speech pathology, behaviour therapy, physiotherapy and other allied health services. You won't be working in isolation, and there is always someone down the hall to ask.

### The Role

- Work with a mostly paediatric caseload (around 85% children and 15% adults)
- Split your time between clinic and community, roughly 60% clinic and 40% community travel (this can shift depending on referrals)
- Deliver OT to NDIS participants and Medicare clients, in clinic and on home visits
- Complete assessments and reports as part of your caseload
- Work with speech pathologists, behaviour therapists, physios and other clinicians on shared clients
- Meet a target of 25 billable hours per week (pro rata for part time)

### What We're Looking For

- Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration (or eligible to register)
- New graduates are welcome, and paediatric or NDIS experience is a bonus
- Available at least 3 days a week
- Comfortable with a mix of clinic and community work, including travelling to clients
- Comfortable working to billable hour targets
- Good communication skills with children, families, carers and adult clients

### What's On Offer

- Salary of $80k to $100k per annum plus super
- A quarterly bonus of up to $1,200 (based on full-time hours) for therapists who exceed the 25 hour billable target
- Flexibility to work full time or part time, with a minimum of 3 days a week
- A mix of clinic and community work, so no two weeks look exactly alike
- Opportunities for new graduates as well as experienced therapists
- A large multidisciplinary team across multiple clinics, with the network still expanding
- A diverse client base, with multilingual therapists and interpreter support available

### Location

Clinics across Greater Sydney, mainly in the south west and Western Sydney.
