**Location: Philippines | Australian Hours | Full-Time**

Mediix Recruitment is an Australian boutique recruitment agency specialising in **healthcare recruitment across Australia**.

We are looking for an experienced **Recruitment Consultant** to join our team and take ownership of a high-volume healthcare desk across **Allied Health, Nursing or GP recruitment**.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment, loves being on the phone, is comfortable working at pace and has a strong track record of delivering results and billings.

**About the role**

You will manage the **full recruitment cycle**, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, client management, placements and ongoing relationship management.

You will be working Australian business hours, **9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday**, recruiting across Australia.

**We are looking for someone who:**

-   Has a minimum of 2 years' full-time, full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally recruiting for the Australian market
-   Has recruited within the healthcare sector
-   Has a proven track record of individual billings and placements
-   Is confident and enjoys spending a significant part of the day on the phone speaking with candidates and clients
-   Can manage a high-volume workload and large volume of emails
-   Is highly organised and knows how to prioritise competing tasks
-   Learns quickly and is comfortable working independently
-   Is commercially minded, motivated and results-driven
