We are seeking dedicated **Senior Staff Specialist** and **Staff Specialist Anaesthetists** to join the expanding team at a major hospital, part of **Queensland Health**. This position offers flexibility, with both **full-time** and **part-time** options available. Additionally, there’s potential for you to establish a **private practice** with assistance and support from local private hospitals, allowing you to build your own patient base and referral network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Delivering high-quality anaesthetic care in a range of specialties including surgery, obstetrics, and intensive care.
-   Collaborating with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
-   Participating in the education and mentoring of junior medical staff.
-   Contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the department.
