**Position Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their rehabilitation team in the southern Sydney region. In this role, you will work with **adults** recovering from physical and psychological conditions, helping them regain independence and return to meaningful activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional needs and goals.
-   Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans.
-   Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance daily living skills.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and case managers.
-   Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as necessary.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
-   Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
