**Physiotherapist | MSK & Neuro Rehab**

**A varied caseload, a full allied health team behind you**

Plenty of private practices will tell you they’re multidisciplinary. This one has physios, exercise physiologists, a chiropractor and a Pilates instructor sharing the same floor, so a patient’s plan can move between disciplines without leaving the building. It’s a long established practice with a loyal local following, and it’s looking for a physio who enjoys both musculoskeletal and neurological rehab, and who wants to build a career rather than just fill a diary.

**What the practice looks like**

-   A mix of sports injuries, general MSK presentations, post-surgical rehab and neurological conditions
-   Sports rehab led by a principal physio with an elite sport background across state, national and international teams
-   Specialised programs alongside general physio, including osteoporosis, women’s health and pelvic floor, and small group rehab classes
-   Exercise physiology, chiropractic and Pilates on site, so referrals stay in house
-   Modern facilities and a gym set up for exercise based rehab
-   Clinic open six days a week, with early morning and Saturday morning sessions

**What you’ll be doing**

-   Assessing and treating MSK and neurological presentations using hands-on therapy and exercise prescription
-   Building personalised rehab plans that take patients from injury through to strength and performance
-   Running or contributing to small group rehab sessions
-   Working with the wider team to coordinate care across physio, exercise physiology and chiropractic
-   Educating patients so they feel confident managing their recovery
-   Keeping clear clinical notes and communicating with referrers

**What we’re looking for**

-   AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
-   New graduates welcome, as well as experienced clinicians
-   Interest in both MSK and neuro rehab, with a willingness to keep learning in both
-   Comfortable combining manual therapy with exercise based rehab
-   Clear communicator who explains things in plain language
-   Team player who values working alongside other disciplines
