# Physiotherapist | Community | Peads & Adults | NDIS

> Mediix · Cloverdale, Australia · Full-time · Posted 2026-08-28

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Physiotherapy

## Description

Are you a Physiotherapist — new grad or experienced — who wants a role that actually respects your time, your car costs, and your life outside work?

Would you love to join a growing, multidisciplinary NDIS provider that's genuinely investing in their people, not just paying lip service to "work-life balance"?

If so, this one's worth a proper look.

**About the role**

Our client is a well-established, WA-founded NDIS-registered allied health provider growing quickly across Australia — with strong teams in Perth, Adelaide, and Albany, and new clinicians about to be onboarded in Melbourne. They're actively expanding their **Perth Physiotherapy** offering and looking for the next Physio to join their well-supported, multidisciplinary team.

You'll be based out of their office near Cloverdale, which has a bookable clinic space for onsite sessions, but most of your work will happen where your clients actually live — in their homes, at school, in the community, and even at local public pools for hydrotherapy.

Caseload is **primarily NDIS-funded, with a mix of paediatric and adult clients**. For reference, their existing Perth Physio sits at around 60% adult / 40% paediatric — expect a similar shape, with the mix evolving as referrals come in. There's also scope to grow into aged care as the organisation expands into that space in the new year.

You'll join a genuinely multidisciplinary team of **6 OTs, 2 Speech Pathologists, and 1 existing Physio in Perth** — plenty of clinical peers and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

**What's on offer**

- **Base salary: $75,000 + Super** for new graduates (higher for experienced Physios, discussed on application)
- **Novated lease arrangements on electric vehicles** — or, for the right candidate, a company vehicle option
- **$0.99/km motor vehicle allowance / travel reimbursement** (if not on a company vehicle)
- **5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave** — 26 days off, standard
- **2 protected Professional Development days per year**
- Access to a **Reward and Recognition incentive scheme**
- Full-time or part-time considered — genuine flexibility
- Standard 76-hour fortnight (8-hour days, Mon–Fri) — or **compressed 8- or 9-day fortnights** available under flexible working arrangements
- Bookable clinic space at the Belmont office when you need it
- Multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs, and Physios across multiple states — never isolated

**Who this suits**

- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist (new grads and experienced clinicians both welcome)
- Interest in community-based, NDIS-focused work with a mixed paediatric and adult caseload
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule
- Warm, adaptable, and enjoys building rapport with a wide range of clients and families
- Full driver's licence and own vehicle (or open to novated lease / company vehicle arrangement)
- Australian working rights
