## Description

We are looking for a committed Physiotherapist who is fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese for a full-time role at a private practice, which has locations in Chatswood, Rhodes, Hurstville, and Burwood. We welcome applications from both recent graduates and seasoned practitioners, as we have **two positions available** in either private **practice or community settings**.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
-   Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
-   Educate patients and their families about exercises, lifestyle changes, and injury prevention strategies.
-   Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
-   Document patient information and treatment progress accurately and timely in medical records.
-   Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and new therapies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor/Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
-   AHPRA registration.
-   Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and exercise programs.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
-   Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation center.
-   Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-   Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
