## Description

We're looking for a new graduate physiotherapist to join a well-established private practice in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a clinic that genuinely invests in its junior physios - you'll have structured mentoring from senior clinicians, a gradually built caseload, and protected time for professional development rather than being handed a full book from day one.

**What your week looks like:**

-   A varied musculoskeletal caseload — sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and everyday aches and pains
-   Weekly one-on-one mentoring with an experienced physiotherapist
-   In-house professional development and a CPD allowance
-   Modern, fully equipped rooms with admin support so you can focus on your patients

**What we're looking for:**

-   AHPRA general registration (or pending)
-   A genuine interest in private practice and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
-   Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
-   Full Australian working rights
