## Description

### Physiotherapist | MSK & Sports | Full-Time

**Location: Schofields & Baulkham Hills, NSW**
**Salary: $80,000 + super | $1,000 PD allowance | Performance bonuses**

### Two clinics. Two different environments. One great opportunity to grow.

Are you a Physiotherapist who enjoys working with people, has a genuine interest in movement and sport, and wants to continue developing your clinical skills?

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work across two clinic environments, providing exposure to different patient groups, referral pathways and clinical presentations, with strong support from experienced clinicians.

### About the Role

This is a full-time Physiotherapist position working across two locations, with the majority of your hours based at the larger clinic.

The caseload is predominantly adult, with approximately 10% paediatric clients, most of whom are sporting teenagers.

You'll work across a varied mix of:

- WorkCover
- Medicare
- Private patients
- A smaller NDIS component
- Musculoskeletal presentations
- Sports injuries
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Chronic conditions
- Return-to-work and return-to-function rehabilitation

At one clinic, the caseload is approximately 50% WorkCover, 25% Medicare and 25% Private, with minimal NDIS.

At the other, the caseload is approximately 20% WorkCover, 30% Medicare and 50% Private, with a few NDIS clients.

The role is designed to give you exposure to both environments: one with a strong referral base and established caseload, and another with a more sports and fitness-focused setting where building relationships and networking are an important part of the role.

### What You'll Be Doing

- Assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Providing hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Supporting patients through injury recovery and return to work, sport and everyday activities
- Applying strong clinical reasoning to assessment and treatment
- Working alongside Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals
- Building positive relationships with patients and referral partners
- Continuing to develop your clinical skills through structured support and in-house training

### What You'll Receive

**Competitive salary**
Starting remuneration of $80,000 plus superannuation.

**Professional development**
A $1,000 annual professional development allowance to support ongoing learning.

**One-on-one coaching and mentorship**
Receive individual coaching focused on clinical reasoning, treatment and professional development.

**In-house training**
Ongoing support and training within the clinical environment.

**Experienced multidisciplinary team**
Work alongside Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals.

**Varied clinical exposure**
Gain experience across MSK, sports injuries, rehabilitation, WorkCover, Medicare, private patients and a smaller NDIS component.

**Sports and fitness environment**
One of the clinics has a strong sports and fitness focus, providing an excellent environment for someone who enjoys active rehabilitation and working with sporting clients.

**Performance bonuses**
Additional bonuses are available based on sales performance.
