**About the Role:**

-   **Multidisciplinary collaboration**: Work with a diverse team of specialists, including on-site paediatricians, surgeons, physicians, obstetricians, anaesthetists, and more.
-   **Comprehensive care**: Manage patient care in collaboration with fellow Rural Generalists, Specialist Consultants, General Practitioners, and Allied Health Professionals.
-   **Emergency response**: Participate in a 24/7 roster, including Code Blue emergency calls.
-   **Teaching and mentorship**: Contribute to the training of junior doctors, medical students, and other health professionals.
-   **Continuous improvement**: Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ensure best-practice care for patients.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
-   Fellowship with ACRRM or RACGP, or eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA.
-   Experience in managing adult and paediatric emergencies and inpatient services.
-   Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
