**Critical Care Registrar – Major Regional Health Service**

We are seeking **Critical Care Registrars (PGY4+)** to join a busy, well-resourced ICU team within a major regional trauma retrieval centre.

**The Role**  
You will work as part of a dedicated critical care team providing high-quality, patient-centred care across a 10-bed ICU/HDU service spread across two campuses. You’ll manage a diverse casemix of critically ill adult and occasional paediatric patients under the guidance of experienced ICU consultants.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Direct clinical management and consultation for ICU/HDU patients
-   Active participation in trauma and retrieval cases
-   Contributing to quality assurance and safety initiatives within the department
-   Supporting and mentoring junior doctors
-   Engaging in education and training opportunities to enhance your professional growth

**About You**

-   MBBS or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
-   PGY4+ with significant experience in critical care (ICU, ED, or anaesthesia)
-   Paediatric and adult clinical exposure preferred
-   Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
