**ICU Registrar (Unaccredited) – 2h from Sydney**

I’m currently **scheduling interviews for an ICU Registrar (Unaccredited) position** at a regional hospital just 2h drive from Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for **doctors looking to build strong Critical Care experience** in a supportive environment while living in one of the most beautiful regions in NSW.

**Role Structure – Critical Care Rotation**  
• **ICU – 6 months**  
• **Anaesthetics – 3 months**  
• **Emergency – 3 months**

You will gain exposure to a wide range of procedures and clinical scenarios including:  
• Advanced life support & resuscitation  
• Arterial / central venous access  
• Thoracotomy & emergency procedures  
• Critical care patient management  
• Multidisciplinary ICU care

Hospital is the **main acute care hospital for the region**, employing over **1,000 staff** and providing:  
• Emergency, medical, surgical & orthopaedic services  
• ICU with high dependency and coronary care  
• Children’s Ward and Maternity Unit  
• Regional Cancer Care Centre  
• Sub-acute Mental Health Unit

The hospital is currently undergoing a **$500 million redevelopment**, expanding services and facilities.

It’s the perfect location for doctors wanting **excellent clinical exposure without big-city stress**.

**Requirements**  
• MBBS or equivalent  
• AHPRA registration  
• Minimum **3 years experience as a Medical Officer**
