About the Role

Our client is expanding their allied health team and seeking an enthusiastic OT to join a vibrant, multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll manage a caseload based on your clinical interests and experience, working with **children**, **adults**, or a **blended caseload**, depending on your preference.

What You’ll Do

-   Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
-   Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals
-   Maintain clear documentation and contribute to goal setting and reviews
-   Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

-   Qualified Occupational Therapist (**AHPRA registered**)
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   A genuine love for helping people achieve independence and joy in daily life
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-   **New graduates welcome** – full supervision and mentoring provided
