### Speech Pathologist | Multidisciplinary Private Practice

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a **Speech Pathologist** to join a well-established multidisciplinary private practice committed to providing high-quality, client-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who enjoys variety and wants the flexibility to work with **children, adults, or a combination of both**. You will be supported by a collaborative team and have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while making a genuine difference in the lives of your clients.

### About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and therapy across a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs. Your caseload can be tailored to your experience, interests and preferred client group.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
-   Providing evidence-based intervention for speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders
-   Working with clients across different age groups, depending on your interests
-   Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
-   Supporting clients, families and carers with practical communication strategies and education
-   Monitoring client progress and maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
-   Participating in case discussions and contributing to a positive multidisciplinary team environment
-   Staying up to date with current clinical practices through ongoing professional development

### About You

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Speech Pathologist who is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care.

You will ideally have:

-   A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
-   Current **Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)** membership or eligibility for membership
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their individual goals
-   The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
-   A commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development

**Experience working with both paediatric and adult clients is highly regarded, however, clinicians with a preference for one particular age group are also encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome to apply.**
