Due to our continuous growth, we are looking to recruit an analytical, detail-oriented and business-minded **IT Business Analyst** to join our team.

**Main Responsibilities:**

-   Collaborate with business teams to understand processes, needs, and improvement opportunities
-   Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements
-   Assist in the implementation and improvement of solutions using SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and other digital tools
-   Participate in process automation and AI-related initiatives
-   Support system testing, application monitoring, and continuous improvement
-   Prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials
-   Provide support and guidance to users
-   Participate in digital transformation projects with internal teams and external partners
-   Stay informed about new technologies and suggest solutions that can create business value

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field
-   Up to 4 years of relevant professional experience
-   Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
-   Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or other CRM platforms, would be considered an asset
-   Strong interest in business applications, digital transformation, process improvement, and automation
-   Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-   Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technology-based solutions
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-   Willingness to learn new technologies, applications, and business processes
