We are currently seeking a **Junior .NET / CTI Developer** to join one of the Group’s subsidiaries.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop, test, and maintain applications using the Microsoft .NET framework/.NET Core
-   Assist in the implementation and support of Dialer and CTI solutions
-   Integrate telephony systems with business applications and databases
-   Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues
-   Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature development
-   Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
-   Create and maintain technical documentation
-   Support production environments and assist with issue resolution

## Requirements

-   Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
-   Basic knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core
-   Understanding of SQL and relational databases
-   Familiarity with web services, APIs, and system integrations
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-   Good communication skills in English

**Nice to have**

-   Knowledge of contact center technologies, Dialers, or CTI platforms
-   Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, or telephony systems
-   Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
-   Understanding of REST APIs and integration technologies
-   Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices
