We are currently looking for a dedicated **Contact Center Specialist** to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries.

-   Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and issues.

-   Possess knowledge about Electronic Financial Transactions (preferred).

## Requirements

·        University Degree

·        Knowledge of English

·        PC skills

·        Work experience is an advantage

·        The flexibility to work **only for the third shift**

·        Good attitude towards new learning topics

·        Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transactions (preferably)
