## Description

**MFP,** a member of the Mellon Group, is seeking a professional for the position of **Third-Party Risk Management Specialist**, on behalf of a major financial institution based in Nea Ionia, Athens.

**Role Description:**

-   Key responsibilities:
-   Review and support the proper development of all the documents required for the completion of the service analysis phase of third-party arrangements, including outsourcing and ICT third-party arrangements
-   Review the assessment and coordinate the onboarding and periodic monitoring of third-party arrangements
-   Provide facilitation and advice to Business Units, Greek & International Subsidiaries and other stakeholders in the process
-   Actively participate in all related activities, ensuring alignment with the applicable regulatory requirements (EBA GLs/DORA)
-   Prepare and submit reports and presentations. Handle and support the accurate completion and maintenance of the relevant tools
-   Prepare risk indicators and monitoring reports, track pending actions and follow up with the relevant stakeholders

## Requirements

-   Relevant professional experience in banking, consultancy, or another relevant field

-   A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, or another relevant field

-   Experienced in Risk and Compliance fields and skills related to third-party risk management areas
-   Proficient in MS Office
-   Fluency in English
-   Familiariity with AI tools and their practical application in a professional environment
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, agility, a collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
-   Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and priorities
