**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior .NET Engineer** with **5+ years of hands-on experience** in software development, strong **technical analysis skills**, and **team management abilities**. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering **secure, high-quality software solutions**, while mentoring and leading team members. This role requires a proactive, analytical mindset to assess technical challenges, define strategies, and implement innovative solutions effectively.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead the development and delivery of **secure, scalable software solutions** using modern frameworks and best practices
-   Conduct **technical analysis** to break down complex problems and implement high-performance solutions
-   Work in an **agile, cross-functional team**, driving continuous improvement in software design, techniques, and processes
-   Provide **technical leadership**, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment
