We are seeking a **Business Development Representative** to identify, develop, and close opportunities for our innovative solutions and services. Working closely with the General Manager and technical team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening existing relationships in the Albanian market.

**Responsibilities**

-   **Identify and qualify new business opportunities** in target industries such as banking, telecommunications, and utilities.
-   Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, advancing opportunities from prospecting to contract closure.
-   Conduct **product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts** for enterprise clients.
-   Manage existing accounts to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
-   Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss product features and benefits.
-   Prepare and deliver **compelling sales proposals** and RFP responses.
-   Prepare reports on sales performance including forecasts, quotas, and commissions and maintain account records.
-   Inform the clients about pricing and delivery timeframes.
-   Follow up with clients after meetings to ensure that they are satisfied with the service received and try to and resolve any issues.
-   Process orders, following up with customers to ensure that orders were received.
-   Interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/Economics/Business Administration or related discipline.
-   2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology or product driven environment
-   Excellent PC Skills (knowledge of MS Office package and basic knowledge of ERP systems).
-   Excellent Communication Skills, verbal and written.
-   Previous experience in a similar position will be a plus.
-   Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
