We’re looking for a **Motion Graphics Designer** with out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to lead projects from concept to final delivery.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Relevant portfolio (**mandatory**)
-   Strong proficiency in editing and motion design software
-   Experience working with / within advertising agencies
-   Proven experience using AI tools
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-   Ability to manage projects from receiving materials to final execution
-   Strong understanding of timing, composition, and animation
