**About the Role**

As a **Creative Director** at Meology, you will lead our creative team in shaping and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies for well-known brands across diverse industries. We are looking for a visionary leader who combines exceptional design standards with strategic business acumen. Confident in your ability to inspire a team, push the boundaries of digital art, and drive meaningful creative transformation? This role offers the platform to unleash your leadership, set the creative vision, and elevate brand experiences at scale.

**What you'll be taking care of:**

-   Lead and oversee end-to-end digital marketing solutions with a strong focus on social media and integrated digital campaigns—from vision and strategy to execution and evaluation.
-   Drive creative excellence across all client touchpoints, ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value to clients and deeply resonate with consumers.
-   Spearhead and partner with clients on their digital transformation journeys, serving as a trusted advisor for brand storytelling and innovative concepts.
-   Mentor, manage, and inspire a team of Art Directors, Designers, and Content Creators, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and growth.
-   Pitch and articulate bold creative ideas to senior stakeholders, winning new business and expanding existing accounts.

## Requirements

**What you'll bring to the table:**

-   6+ years of creative agency or digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of leadership in an Art Direction or Creative Leadership role.
-   Outstanding visual and artistic judgment across digital, social, video, and interactive formats.
-   Deep mastery of social media ecosystems, digital trends, and emerging marketing technologies.
-   Proven ability to balance strategic, big-picture thinking with practical execution and performance metrics.
-   Strong team leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills with a passion for cultivating talent.
-   Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with confidence in leading client pitches and executive presentations.
