# Finance Manager-Construction & Real Estate experience

## Description

Meraki Group is looking for a **CA-qualified finance professional with 4–5 years of experience** who is hands-on with treasury and cash-flow management, experienced in Corporate Finance, forecasting, comfortable dealing with banks, and experienced in preparing meaningful MIS for management.

**Cash Flow & Treasury**

-   Manage daily cash balances and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.

-   Optimize working capital across different projects or business units.
-   Reduce financial risks and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity.

**Banking & Compliance** 

-   Serve as the main point of contact for our banking partners.
-   Help secure and manage credit lines, loans, and bank facilities (LCs, BGs).
-   Ensure full compliance with banking terms and submit monthly stock or project statements on time.

**MIS & Financial Planning**

-   Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management.

-   Track actual spending against budgets and analyze variances.

-   Partner with operational heads to align financial forecasts with project or factory milestones

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Strictly must be a **Chartered Accountant (CA)**.
-   **Experience:** **4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience** is required.
-   **Industry:** Experience in **Real Estate** & **Manufacturing** is highly preferred.
-   **Skills:** Strong hands-on experience in Excel, ERP systems, and financial forecasting.

-   **Soft Skills:** Good communication skills to negotiate with banks and present to management.
