## Description

Meraki Group is looking for a skilled and innovative BIM Engineer - Facade to join our talented team. This role requires a strong technical background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a focus on facade design and engineering. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to develop accurate and efficient BIM models that enhance project outcomes.

### Responsibilities

-   Create and maintain detailed BIM models for facade systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate facade design into the overall building model.
-   Conduct clash detection and resolve potential design conflicts before construction.
-   Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols related to facade engineering.
-   Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM processes and tools.
-   Participate in design reviews and provide insights on constructibility and performance of facade systems.
-   Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM and facade technologies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
-   At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on facade engineering preferred.
-   Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar tools.
-   Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction processes.
