## Description

Meraki Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated **Facade QA/QC Engineer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of façade works across various building projects. You will play a vital role in monitoring and controlling the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation processes in line with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control procedures specific to façade construction.
-   Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
-   Review material submittals, shop drawings, and test reports related to façade works.
-   Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve quality issues promptly.
-   Prepare and maintain QC documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and daily quality reports.
-   Ensure all façade-related works meet industry standards and safety regulations.
-   Support project teams in implementing corrective measures and continuous quality improvements.

## Requirements

### Qualifications and Requirements:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-   Minimum 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC specifically for façade or cladding systems.
-   In-depth knowledge of façade systems, materials, installation techniques, and quality standards.
-   Familiarity with QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and documentation standards.
-   Strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
-   Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA/QC software tools.
-   Ability to identify issues quickly and implement corrective actions efficiently.
