## Description

Meraki Group is on the lookout for a skilled **Purchase Officer - Facade** to join our procurement team. This role is essential in ensuring that all facade materials are sourced effectively, delivered on time, and align with our quality standards and project specifications. As a Purchase Officer, you will manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the procurement process for facade components.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for facade materials based on project requirements and specifications.
-   Manage the procurement process from request for quotation (RFQ) to the issuance of purchase orders.
-   Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions with vendors.
-   Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials.
-   Monitor supplier performance and address any delivery or quality issues as they arise.
-   Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.
-   Stay updated on market trends and innovations in facade materials and solutions.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications & Experience:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 7-10 years experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction or facade sector.
-   Strong knowledge of facade materials, construction standards, and supplier markets.
-   Proficient in procurement software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis.
-   Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

### **Preferred Skills:**

-   Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and architectural drawings.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and suppliers.
-   Experienced in using Xpedeon Enterprise ERP for managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation
-   Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in procurement.
