## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused **Real Estate Relationship Manager** with hands-on experience working with **UAE real estate developers**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing developer relationships, handling client portfolios, and driving property sales while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the transaction cycle.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE real estate developers
-   Act as the primary point of contact between developers and clients
-   Promote developer projects to investors and end-users
-   Manage client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups
-   Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and documentation teams
-   Ensure smooth booking, payment tracking, and handover processes
-   Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and pricing
-   Achieve individual and team sales targets

## Requirements

Minimum **6 months of experience with UAE real estate developers** (mandatory)

Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and developer projects

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple clients

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
