In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and stakeholders across India and Japan to attract, engage, and hire exceptional technology talent. You will play a critical role in building high-performing engineering teams across a wide range of domains, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Infrastructure, Security, Data, AI/ML, and Product Engineering. Beyond recruiting, you will contribute to employer branding, recruitment strategy, process optimization, and talent market intelligence to support Mercari India’s growth journey.
