### Your Role

As an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

-   Support Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
-   Answer customer questions and provide clear, helpful solutions.
-   Ensure customers receive professional and friendly assistance.
-   Use digital tools and company systems to manage requests efficiently.
-   Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver excellent service.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English communication skills.
-   Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
-   Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece.
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-   Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
-   Full training will be provided.
