### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist German-speaking clients with travel and hospitality inquiries.

-   Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
-   A minimum of B2 in English is mandatory.
-   Experience in travel and hospitality customer care or related fields is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on outstanding customer service.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving client issues efficiently.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and travel/hospitality booking platforms is beneficial.
