### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
