Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Offer back office support for gaming-related inquiries from Polish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and process improvements.
-   Contribute to enhancing service quality by suggesting and implementing operational improvements.
-   Stay informed on the latest gaming products, industry developments, and relevant regulations.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
