Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German Speaking AI Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece. As an AI Content Moderator, you will review, assess, and moderate AI-generated and user-generated content to uphold community standards and promote a positive digital environment.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate AI-generated and user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
-   Evaluate content accuracy, appropriateness, and potential impact related to AI outputs.
-   Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide feedback and insights to improve AI moderation processes and systems.
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation strategies and ensure quality control.
-   Stay updated on company policies and developments in AI content moderation and community safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in content moderation, preferably with AI-generated content, is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
-   Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and complex content professionally and ethically.
-   Familiarity with AI technologies, digital platforms, and moderation tools is a plus.
