## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
