### About the Role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will help customers by providing reliable support and ensuring every interaction creates a positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Supporting Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
-   Providing clear answers and effective solutions to customer requests.
-   Managing customer interactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
-   Using internal systems and tools to deliver accurate support.
-   Working closely with international colleagues to maintain excellent service quality.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
-   Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
-   Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to help.
-   Ability to work in an international environment.
-   Positive mindset and motivation to learn.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece.
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
-   Full training will be provided.
